Welcome to Brandaid Instagram Widget. By using our service to display Instagram content on websites, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
2. Description of Service
Brandaid Instagram Widget is a service that allows Instagram Business and Creator accounts to display their Instagram content on websites through embeddable widgets. The service uses the Instagram Graph API to access and display your public Instagram posts.
3. Account Requirements
To use our service, you need:
- An Instagram Business or Creator account (personal accounts are not supported)
- Authorization via Instagram or Facebook OAuth login
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Instagram and Facebook accounts. We do not store your Instagram or Facebook passwords.
4. Your Content and Data
When you connect your Instagram account, you authorize us to access and display your public Instagram content (profile information, photos, videos, captions) through our widgets.
You retain all ownership rights to your content. By using our service, you grant us a license to:
- Access your Instagram content via the Instagram Graph API
- Store your profile information and access tokens
- Display your content through widgets embedded on websites
- Cache your content temporarily to improve performance
You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it complies with Instagram's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Misuse the service or attempt to access it through unauthorized methods
- Interfere with or disrupt the service's operation
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the service
- Use the service for any illegal purposes or to violate any laws
- Upload or share content that contains viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Violate the intellectual property rights of others
6. Account Termination
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the authorization page or by revoking access through Instagram settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem inappropriate.
7. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
The service depends on the Instagram Graph API. If Instagram or Meta discontinues or modifies their API, it may affect our ability to provide the service.

Our service integrates with:
- Instagram - You must comply with Instagram's Terms of Service
- Facebook - You must comply with Facebook's Terms of Service
We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or terms of these third-party services.
9. Intellectual Property
The service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Brandaid and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding, logos, or remove any proprietary notices from the service.
Using the service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the service itself.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will meet your requirements or be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions.
You use the service at your own risk. We are not responsible for any harm resulting from your use of the service or content displayed through it.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Slovak law.
